When ticket sale starts, you will be able to find a link to our external ticket shop here. We are using billetto to process our ticket sales.
When you enter the site and choose a ticket, it will reserve it until the process is completed, you will then be prompted to fil in some personal information that we need, we will also send out an email later to remind you to fill out the additional information we need at a later date.

Ticket sale schedule
January 16th 19.00 CET – Pre-sign-up starts. It ends on January 23rd 19.00 CET.
You will be able to buy a ticket during pre-sale, if you buy a sponsor add-on.
January 23rd 19.00 CET – Regular sign-up starts. Subsidized and Activist tickets will be made available from this date.
April 16th – deadline for wishing roommates. Ticket sales will have an added late sign-up fee of 200 DKK
April 1st 19.00 CET – deadline for purchasing and reselling a ticket
Refund policy
Please note that your ticket is personal and non-refundable, however you can resell the ticket if you are unable to participate. The deadline for reselling your ticket is April 1st 2023. Knutepunkt 2023 cannot be held responsible for any financial losses in this regard.
Ticket types
Due to a change in ticket provider, all tickets will be added 80 DKK in fees.
Business – 3200 DKK (26 tickets)
Hotel rooms with two beds, private bathrooms and showers. Bed linen included. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main location.
Standard+ – 2700 DKK (144 tickets)
Hotel rooms with four beds, private bathrooms and showers. Bed linen included. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main location.
Standard – 2200 DKK (80 tickets)
Hostel rooms with five or six beds, private bathrooms and showers. Bed linen included. The hostel are a 5 minute walk from the main location.
Budget – 1400 DKK (Almost endless tickets)
Shared dormitories (for up to 15 people in each) at a nearby school. They are without sleeping gear. We work on making it possible to pay for renting a matress and bed linen.
There will be local volunteer staff at the entrance to the school to make sure only participants from KP23 enter.
Please note that there is a strict no-alcohol policy in place at the school, due to Danish regulations.
Subsidized – 1000 DKK
Sponsor add-ons will be used to offer subsidized tickets. They are equivalent to budget tickets and are intended for people, that can’t afford the more expensive ticket types. Subsidized tickets will only be available during the regular sign-up.
Activist – 500 DKK (50 tickets)
Shared dormitories at a nearby school. It is possible to pay for renting a matress and bed linen.
There will be local volunteer staff at the entrance to the school to make sure only participants from KP23 enter.

Expect to work around 16 hours during Knudepunkt 2023. See [Become an activist] for more information on the requirements. Activist tickets will only be available during the regular sign-up.
Ticket add-ons
Sponsor add-on
You can increase our number of subsidized budget tickets by buying a sponsor add-on of either 400, 600, 800 or 1000 DKK. 20% of the sponsor add-on income will be reserved for tickets for Ukrainian participants. If we don’t manage to use the money for Ukrainian participants, we will donate them to a charity organization delivering emergency aid to ukrainian civilians. Buying a sponsor add-on allows you to purchase a ticket during the pre-sign-up.
Bed, Mattress and bed linen
We work on making it possible to rent a bed, mattress and bed linen, and will inform you of this at a later time.
Silent rooms
All rooms are silent rooms this year, and we expect you to show consideration for your neighbors. We have rooms that can be booked for room parties and social gatherings. See the content section of the web site for more info on this. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to drink alcohol anywhere on the public school or in the dormitories!
Roommates
You will be able to inform us of your roommate preferences at a later date, when you know, who is partipating, and who you will be able to share a room with. So you don’t need to stress about it when signing up. We will write all participants and ask for their roommate wishes at a later date.
Expulsion
We reserve the right to eject you from the event, without any refund of your ticket, if you don’t follow the rules of the event, pose a safety threat for yourself, other participants or the venue.
The same goes if you don’t follow instructions from the organizers of KP23 or the staff of the venue and if you break either our alcohol policy or Danish law.
But don’t worry. Be the nice person we know you are, and everything will be fine.
